The Penalties for Disorderly Behaviour (Amount of Penalty) (Amendment No.2) Order 2004

Coming into force in accordance with article 1(1)

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 3(1) of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 20011hereby makes the following Order:

S-1 This Order may be cited as the Penalties for Disorderly...

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Penalties for Disorderly Behaviour (Amount of Penalty) (Amendment No.2) Order 2004 and shall come into force—

(a)

(a) for the purposes of the entry relating to section 11 of the Fireworks Act 20032in Part 1 of the Schedule, as substituted by article 2(b) of this Order, on 11th October 2004; and

(b)

(b) for all other purposes on 1st November 2004.

(2) In this Order “the 2002 Order” means the Penalties for Disorderly Behaviour (Amount of Penalty) Order 20023.

S-2 The 2002 Order is amended as follows— in article 2(b) of the ...

2. The 2002 Order is amended as follows—

(a) in article 2(b) of the 2002 Order, for “£40” there is substituted “£50”; and

(b) for the Schedule to the 2002 Order there is substituted the Schedule to this Order.
