The Pensions Act 2004 (Codes of Practice) (Reporting Late Payment of Contributions) Appointed Day Order 2013

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 91(9) of the Pensions Act 20041.

S-1 Citation

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Codes of Practice) (Reporting Late Payment of Contributions) Appointed Day Order 2013.

S-2 Appointed day

Appointed day

2. The day appointed for the coming into effect of—

(a) the Pensions Regulator Code of practice no. 5: Reporting late payment of contributions to occupational pension schemes: Second issue; and

(b) the Pensions Regulator Code of practice no. 6: Reporting late payment of contributions to personal pension schemes: Second issue,

is 20th September 2013.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order appoints 20th September 2013 as the day for the coming into effect of—

the Pensions Regulator Code of practice no. 5: Reporting late payment of contributions to occupational pension schemes: Second issue; and

the Pensions Regulator Code of practice no. 6: Reporting late payment of contributions to personal pension schemes: Second issue.

An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no direct impact on businesses, the public sector or civil society organisations.
