  • This Order may be cited as the Plant Health (England) (Amendment) Order 2009 and comes into force on 1st April 2009.
  • (1) The Plant Health (England) Order 2005(2) In article 2(1) , for the definition of “Directive 2000/29/EC” substitute—
      • “Directive 2000/29/EC” means Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community;

      • (b) have, for a period of at least two years prior to export, been grown in a place of production where no signs of Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire have been observed during two official inspections per year carried...
