Coming into Force15 June 2022
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2022.(2) In these Regulations “the 2022 Act” means the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022.(1) These Regulations extend to England and Wales only, subject to the following provisions.(2) Regulations 4(a) and 5(a) , (h) , (l) and (p) extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.(3) Regulation 5(c) and (i) extends to England and Wales and Scotland.(4) Regulation 5(m) extends to England and Wales and Northern Ireland.(1) These Regulations apply to England and Wales only, subject to paragraph (2) .(2) Regulations 4(a) , 5(a) and 5(h) apply to England and Wales and Scotland and Northern Ireland.
