THE
tenth Annual Conference will be held at St. Hilda’s College, Oxford, from Tuesday,
March 29th to Thursday, March 31st. The cost for residents will be about 33s. per day.
The theme
of
the Conference will be ‘Soldiers and Government’ and each
of
the papers
will consider some aspect
of
the relationship between the civil and military powers. It
is
hoped that the contributors will include both members of the Association and persons
actively engaged in the field under discussion.
