The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by
section 1(6) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014(a) and all other powers
enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Prescribed Health
Board Functions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2016 and come into force on 31st August
2016.
Amendment of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Prescribed Health Board Functions)
(Scotland) Regulations 2014
2.—(1) The Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Prescribed Health Board Functions) (Scotland)
Regulations 2014(b) are amended as follows.
(a) 2014 asp 9. Section 68(1) contains a definition of “prescribed” relevant to the exercise of the statutory powers under which
these Regulations are made.
