The Public Procurement (Agreement on Government Procurement) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2023

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1)(b)(i) of the Trade Act 20211and all other powers enabling them to do so.

S-1 Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Procurement (Agreement on Government Procurement) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2023.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 30 October 2023.

S-2 Amendment of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015

Amendment of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015

2.—(1) The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 20152are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “GPA”, for “16th May 2021” substitute “30 October 2023”.

(3) In the list in schedule 1A (parties to the GPA), after “New Zealand” insert —
