HEREAS by The Towns Drainage and Sewage Utiliza-

herein-after called
‘‘
the recited Act,”
the
Towns
Drainage and Sewage Utilization Company,
herein-after called
“
the Company,” were incorporated for the
Pur-
pose of undertaking and assisting the Construction of Drainage
Works and the Utilization of Sewage, and generally for carrying
out the Objects of
“
1865,”
and
‘‘
The
:”
And whereas
it
is expedient to empower the
Company
on
the one hand, and Local Boards and Sewer Authorities
on
the other hand, to enter into further Agreements for carrying
out the Objects herein and
in
the recited Act contemplated,
it
is
expedient that Provision should be made for altering and amending
the Money Powers of the Company under the recited Act,
and
for
conferring
on
the Company the Powers hereinafter mentioned
:
And
whereas the Purposes aforesaid cannot be effected without the
Authority of Parliament
:
May
it
therefore please Your Majesty
that
it
may be enacted;
and
be
it
enacted by the Queen’s most
