The Treatment of Spruce Bark (Amendment) Order 1994

Laid before Parliament 8th December 1994

Coming into force 29th December 1994

The Forestry Commissioners, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 2 and 3 of the Plant Health Act 19671, as read with section 20 of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 19722, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

S-1 Title, extent and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Treatment of Spruce Bark (Amendment) Order 1994, shall apply to England and Wales and shall come into force on 29th December 1994.

Amendment of the Treatment of Spruce Bark Order 1993

2. The Treatment of Spruce Bark Order 19933shall be amended by substituting for the Schedule to that Order the Schedule to this Order.
