Company to work certain Letters Patent.

HEREAS by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Letters
United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Ireland,
bearing ?atte?2d
date at Westminster the Second Day of June in the Year June 1858.
One thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight, Her present Majesty did
grant unto Charles Wheatstone, his Executors, Administrators, and
Assigns, the sole Privilege of making, using, exercising, and vending
his Invention of " Improvements in Electric Telegraphs, and in Appa-
" ratus connected therewith," during the Term of Fourteen Years
thence next ensuing, a Specification of which said Invention was duly
enrolled in Chancery: And whereas by certain other Letters Patent
under, the Great Seal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Ireland,
bearing date at
Westminster
the said Second Day of June in the
Year One thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight, Her said Majesty
did grant unto the said Charles Wheatstone, his Executors, Adminis-
