UPON THE APPLICATION of the Intended Claimant

AND UPON HEARING Counsel for the Intended Claimant (XXXXXXXX) and Counsel for the Intended Defendants (YYYYYYYY)

AND IT APPEARING that the Intended Claimant intends to issue proceedings in the terms of draft proceedings already prepared (“the intended proceedings”)

AND the Court being satisfied that it is appropriate to make the following Interim Order in relation to the following documents relating to the intended proceedings (“the Court documents”) namely the Claim Form, all witness statements and all exhibits thereto, all acknowledgments of service, all communications between the Court and any of the parties and any other documents which are or may become contained in the Court file other than this Order

IT IS ORDERED in exercise of the jurisdiction conferred by Rules 5.4C(4), (6), 5.4D(2) and 39.2(4) of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 and in exercise of any other relevant powers that

(a) the intended proceedings when issued be anonymised in the like manner as appears in the heading above and be listed anonymously in the register of claims

(b) until the hearing of the substantive application in the intended proceedings or further Order in the meantime no person who is not a party to the intended proceedings may obtain copies of any of the Court documents...
