wingfield tiers. jefferys. Exchequer Chamber. Information for selling live cattle or causing them to be sold is good. Sed vide Dougl. 174. Bl. 810. An information was exhibited in the Court of Exchequer against Wingfield for selling live cattle, or causing them to be sold, &c. Judgment in the Exchequer for the informer.
