An Act for effectuating an Exchange of Lands be-
longing to the Bidioprick of Worcefter for Lands
belonging to the Dean and Chapter of Worcefter^
in the County of Worcefter. [3d June 1813.]
'HEREAS the Right ReverendFolliott Lord Bifliopof Worcefter,
is in Right of his Bilhoprick feifed or intitled in Fee-fimple, to
him and hisSucceffors,of and to theManor orLordfhipof Claims,
in the County of Worcefter, with the Rights, Members, and Appurtenances
thereunto belonging : And whereas William Cary, of Bevere, in the Parifh
of Claines, in the faid County of Worcefter, Efquire, is poffeffed of or
intitled, to him, his Executors, Adminiftrators, and Affigns, (among other
Hereditaments) of feveral Pieces or Parcels of Land, containing together
Twenty-two Acres, Two Roods, and Twenty-four Perches, or there-
abouts, fituate at Bevere aforefaid, which he holds by Copy of Court
Roll, under the faid
Folliott
Lord Bifliop of Worcefter, of the faid Manor
of Claines, for One Life in Poffeffion, and Three in Reverfion, according
to the Cuftom of the fame Manor, by the Rents, Heriots, and Services
therefore due, and which faid Pieces or Parcels of Land are more parti-
cularly defcribed and comprifed in the Firft Schedule to this A£t an-
nexed: And whereis the Dean and Chapter of Worcefter are, in their
Corporate Capacity, feifed or intitled in Fee-fimple, to them and their
Succeffors, of or to an Eftate fituate at Bevere aforefaid: And whereas
John Pigott of Bevere aforeiaid, Efquire, is poffeffed of or intitled to him,
