55 incredible businesses in Knowsley to support this Christmas

But that doesn't have to necessarily change too much and despite everything that 2020 has thrown at them, businesses in the borough are continuing to do what they love -and you can still support them this Christmas.
On Thursday, Tier 2 status was confirmed for the entire Liverpool City Region and whilst many can reopen from 12.01am on December 2, themselves and others have online websites, launched click and collect services, are offering takeaway food and drink deals or have vouchers to be redeemed at a later date.
And we've rounded up a list of businesses across Knowsley who you can support this festive season.
The list below isn't intended to be comprehensive - we put together a survey for businesses to fill out, put a call out on social media and there are so many other incredible businesses you can support in Knowsley. 1. Balearic House Drinks Company
Balearic House Drinks is a brand new company launched in lockdown and is based in Prescot.
The business sells three different flavours of their own recipe bar quality Sangria pre-mix which is delivered straight to your door.
The team currently have Christmas Gift Boxes available, such as a Spanish snacks box including a Sangria pouch of your choice and a Spanish Pate and Crackers box including a Sangria pouch of your choice, as well as a Sangria mixer packs which come with two bottles fruit juice and two cans of lemonade or ginger beer depending on which flavour Sangria you choose.

2. Farmhouse Kitchen
Farmhouse Kitchen on Sugar Lane, Knowsley Village is a small family run bakery specialising in good food and bakery items.
They sell a range of different cakes and lunch goods and for have many festive items on offer for all the family.
Farmhouse Kitchen is offering a range of home made Christmas products from mince pies and bunloaf to Christmas traybakes, festive boxes and Christmas cupcakes.

3. The Beer EnGin Micropub
Located on Greenes Road in Whiston, The Beer EnGin was Knwosley's first Micropub and offers everything from an every-changing variety of real ale, real ciders, fabulous gins, rums and more.
They are now offering a takeaway service of craft beers from independent breweries which can be pre-ordered via their social media pages.

4. Jessica boutique
Jessica boutique sells fashion and hair accessories and started out in Kirkby Market.
In 2019, the business moved into its own boutique in Market Square to expand and meet demand of loyal customers.
Reopening after the second lockdown, the business offers gift vouchers, a click and collect service and residents qualify for free local delivery same or next day.

5. Honeycomb Hair and Beauty
Located on Eccleston Street, Prescot, Honeycomb Hair and Beauty are a one stop beauty shop offering expert hair treatments from experienced colour specialists, beauty treatments from experienced beauticians and onsite beauty industry approved training in their academy.
They also offer make-up, semi-permanent make-up, nails and have an experienced nurse led clinic for aesthetics, ear piercing, mole and skin tag removal.
Vouchers are available in £10, £20, £30, £50, £100 and can be used for any of our treatments and staff thanked customers for their continued support through these "worrying times" and ensured all government guidelines have been followed
