The CEO of Chester-based M&S Bank has quit the firm to take up a position with HSBC Holdings (LSE: HSBA).
Sue Fox, who was appointed to the position in 2014, has resigned from the firm to run HSBC Holdings' Channel Islands and Isle of Man operations. Fox is expected to leave in January.
M&S Bank is owned by HSBC Holdings and is structured as an equal profit share between the two firms. A deal in this regard is to expire next year and could...
