US private equity firm Lone Star is seen to soon launch the sale of German corporate lender IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG (ETR:IKB) and has engaged advisors to help with the process.

- KKR TO BUY SOME 10% IN HERTHA BERLIN FOOTBALL CLUB - REPORT

US private equity firm KKR & Co LP (NYSE:KKR) has inked a deal to acquire a stake of around 10% in football club Hertha BSC of Berlin, Germany for some EUR60m (USD80.9m).

- GOJO INDUSTRIES BUYS FRENCH LABORATOIRES PRODENE KLINT

US producer and marketer of skin health and hygiene products Gojo Industries Inc said it had taken over French sector company Laboratoires Prodene Klint.

Status: Closed

- STATE TO KEEP BLOCKING STAKE IN TELEKOM AUSTRIA, IF SLIM TAKES MAJORITY

Austria would not mind if Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim's America Movil SAB de CV (NASDAQ:AMOV) takes a majority stake in Telekom Austria AG (VIE:TKA) as long as the state retains at least a 25% interest.

- ACM WISHES TO LOOK INTO LIBERTY'S PLANNED ZIGGO BUY

The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) plans to request that the European Commission (EC) allows it to review the planned takeover of local cable company Ziggo NV (AMS:ZIGGO) by US group Liberty Global Inc (NASDAQ:LBTYA).

- STIFEL FINANCIAL TO TAKE OVER EJ DE LA ROSA & CO

US financial services group Stifel Financial Corp (NYSE:SF) said it had agreed to buy local finance investment bank EJ De La Rosa & Co Inc, without disclosing financial details.

- NORWEGIAN CAR CARRIERS SAYS EXISTING TAKEOVER BID IS "INADEQUATE"

Shipping company Norwegian Car Carriers ASA (OSL:NOCC) said its board does not recommend to its shareholders to accept the takeover bid made by Car Carrier Investments AS, as it considers the offer to be inadequate.

- AMERICAN SECURITIES BUYS SEASTAR SOLUTIONS

US private equity firm American Securities LLC said it had bought local vessel control systems maker SeaStar Solutions in partnership with that management team of the target from an affiliate of US investment company HIG Capital LLC.

- AIR QUALITY CONSULTING BECOMES PART OF NV5 HOLDINGS

US professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions provider NV5 Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:NVEE) said it had taken over domestic occupational health safety and environmental (OHSE) consulting firm Air Quality Consulting Inc (AQC), without specifying the value of the deal.

- PACIFIC PREMIER BANCORP CLOSES INFINITY FRANCHISE BUY

US bank holding company Pacific Premier Bancorp Inc (NASDAQ:PPBI) said it had finalised the takeover of domestic privately-held quick service restaurant (QSR) sector lender Infinity Franchise Holdings LLC (IFH) for some USD17.2m (EUR12.7m).

- BOTTOMLINE TECHNOLOGIES TAKES OVER RATIONALWAVE ANALYTICS

US online payment solutions provider Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ:EPAY) said it had taken over domestic predictive analytics company Rationalwave Analytics Inc in a USD8m (EUR6m) cash-and-stock deal.

- REVLON PROJECTS UP TO USD50M IN CHARGES RELATED TO TCG INTEGRATION

US beauty care company Revlon Inc (NYSE:REV) said it had begun integrating the recently-acquired business of The Colomer Group (TCG) into its own operations and expects restructuring charges and related costs of between USD45m (EUR33.3m) and USD50m.

- COLUMBUS TAKES OVER UK-BASED OMNICA

Danish consultancy Columbus A/S (CPH:COLUM) said it took over UK Omnica Ltd, a provider of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for ecommerce and direct marketing, without disclosing financial details.

- AMADEUS IT BUY OF NMTI HOLDINGS WINS US COMPETITION CLEARANCE

Spanish travel technology firm Amadeus IT Holding SA (MCE:AMS) said its proposed USD500m (EUR369.5m) takeover of US NMTI Holdings Inc, the parent of hospitality industry IT solutions provider Newmarket International Inc, had secured Hart-Scott-Rodino clearance.

- HYPO REAL ESTATE RECEIVES BIDS FOR DEPFA FROM PE, FUNDS - REPORT

German nationalised lender Hypo Real Estate Holding AG has attracted bidders for its Irish public finance unit Depfa Bank Plc, including several private equity groups and hedge funds.

- FIRST COMMUNITY GETS SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL FOR BUY OF SAVANNAH RIVER FINANCIAL

US bank holding company First Community Corporation (NASDAQ:FCCO), FCC, said its planned acquisition of local peer Savannah River Financial Corporation (SRFC) had been approved by the shareholders of both companies.
