Access Expands Latin American/North American Footprint with Completion of 6 New Acquisitions.

29 May 2019 - Massachusetts, US-based records and information management services provider Access has completed six additional 1Q19 acquisitions including four companies in North America and two companies in Latin America to expand Access' geographic footprint in the US and Latin America, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Access has acquired: Archives Security Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama, Rover Records Management's record storage division in Washington, DC, Matrix Record Storage, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland. and TAB Product's records storage division in Alberta, Canada. Access has also acquired DocPar in Curitiba, Brazil and Guardadocumentos in Costa Rica.

With the TAB Product's records storage division acquisition, Access now offers its services to 58 Canadian markets and operates coast to coast in Canada.

In Latin America and the Caribbean, the acquisitions of DocPar in Curitiba, Brazil and Guardadocumentos in Costa Rica significantly expand Access' presence there, adding locations and facilities in both Costa Rica and Brazil and extending its presence in addition to the ongoing operations in Panama and Trinidad and Tobago.
