and
for the smooth working

the Conference generally.
The
production
of this lengthy
report
in two weeks placed
at
times a very
considerable
burden
on
our
shorthand-typist, Miss Franklin,

the

bers of
the
Legislative Council Recording
Unit,
Miss Wynn, Miss Corkill and
Mr.
Mwale.
