Acrisure Acquires SUNZ Insurance MGA Operations.

Michigan, US-based fintech company Acrisure has acquired the managing general agency and third-party administrator operations of Florida-based SUNZ Insurance to continue Acrisure's value chain transformation, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Acrisure expects to make further related and complementary acquisitions in the near term.
The entities acquired as part of the transaction include Next Level Administrators, a third-party administrator; Watchpoint, a special investigation unit; Ascential Care partners, nurse case management and utilisation review; Avalon, claims subrogation; and Accelevant Premium Audit.
