Adaptas Solutions Closes Acquisition of L3Harris Applied Kilovolts and Analytical Instrumentation Business.

US contract design and manufacturing company Adaptas Solutions, LLC, has closed the acquisition of the applied kilovolts and analytical instrumentation business of Florida-based L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX), to deepen product offerings and expand global manufacturing to include Europe, the company said.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

These strategic acquisitions expand Adaptas' mass spectrometer component product offering and allow the company to continue to build its position in mass spectrometry components, subassemblies and contract manufacturing.

This latest acquisition further enhances Adaptas' manufacturing and engineering resources, allowing Adaptas to accelerate OEM client development projects while offering the industry's broadest range of next generation mass spectrometer detection solutions.
