Alera Group Wealth Services Acquires Johnson Brunetti to Add USD 1.5bn to AUM.

Illinois, US-based Alera Group Wealth Services has acquired Connecticut-based retirement and investment specialist Johnson Brunetti, adding USD 1.5bn to Alera's RIA assets under management, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Johnson Brunetti is known throughout Connecticut and the Northeast region through its educational programmes and sponsorship agreements including official wealth management partner of the UConn Huskies.
Johnson Brunetti focusses on retirement and investment services to a mass-affluent audience.
Park Sutton Advisors served as the sole financial advisor to Johnson Brunetti throughout the transaction.
