Align Capital Acquires Counsel Press from Gladstone Investment.

US-based private equity firm Align Capital Partners (ACP) has acquired New York-based legal process outsourcing provider Counsel Press, Inc. from Gladstone Investment Corp. to expand legal services, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Counsel Press is a national, tech-enabled legal process outsourcing provider ffocussed on appellate services.
The acquisition of Counsel Press represents an attractive opportunity for ACP to partner with the company's existing management team and support key growth initiatives with the shared vision of building a diversified legal services platform.
