Altair Acquires Germany Based Concept Engineering to Expand Electronic System Design Technology.

Michigan, US-based computational science and artificial intelligence provider Altair (NASDAQ: ALTR) has acquired German electronic system visualisation software provider Concept Engineering to expand electronic system design technology, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Concept Engineering provides automatic schematic generation tools, electronic circuit and wire harness visualisation platforms that provide on-the-fly visual rendering, and electronic design debug solutions.
Integrating Concept Engineering technology into Altair's electronic system design suite will offer comprehensive and fast visual representations of complex system models and debug capabilities for electronic systems.
