Alterra Mountain to Acquire Canadian Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing.

US-based year-round mountain destinations provider Alterra Mountain has announced its intention to acquire Canada-based heli-skiing operation Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing (MWHS) in Blue River, British Columbia, to further expand the company's heli-skiing portfolio, the company said.
The proposed acquisition complements CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures. Terms were not disclosed.
The transaction is expected to close in late 2023 and is subject to certain closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. Additional terms were not disclosed.
