The board of trustees of American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE:AMH) has approved a common stock dividend of USD0.05 per share for the second quarter of 2019, the company disclosed on Thursday.

This distribution will be paid on 1 July 2019 to shareholders of record as on 14 June 2019.
