Michigan, US-based warehouse equipment supplier American Storage and Logistics has acquired Binghamton Material Handling, located in New York, and Granite Industrial, located in New Hampshire, to expand product lines and geographic reach, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Binghamton Material Handling specialises in manufacturing and distribution equipment. Granite Industries is a leading distributor and servicer of forklifts.
