Ampere to Acquire OnSpecta to Enhance Performance in Cloud and Edge Infrastructure.

California-based fabless semiconductor company Ampere Computing has agreed to acquire California-based AI technology startup OnSpecta, to accelerate AI inference on cloud-native applications, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
