A and A Global Acquires 420packaging.com to Enhance Product Portfolio.

US-based A and A Global Imports, LLC d/b/a marijuanapackaging.com or MJ Pack has acquired Nevada-based Aphecal Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a 420packaging.com, a supplier of packaging materials and ancillary products to the high-growth medical and recreational cannabis industry, to enhance product portfolio, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
As part of the transaction, A and A also acquired the intellectual property related to the manufacture of Squeezetops, a popular brand of regulatory compliant, child-resistant containers.
