Apple Rush to Acquire Lena Brewing in Cash/Stock Transaction.

Florida, US-based beverage company The Apple Rush company, Inc. (OTC PINK: APRU) has signed a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire Illinois-based craft brewing operation Lena Beverage, LLC in a cash, non-convertible debt and share transaction, the company said.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Lena Beverage is licensed for beer, alcohol, and hemp production.
This acquisition provides Apple Rush with the cycle closing capability of its seed-to-sale initiative, and will give the company the ability to produce its hard seltzer product line.
