Appreciate Group Acquires UK Gift Card Technology Provider MBL Holdco.

UK-based multi-retailer redemption product provider Appreciate Group (LSE: APP) has acquired the entire share capital of UK-based gift card technology provider MBL Holdco Ltd from Redu Group Ltd, the company said.
The acquisition was completed on 24 June 2022 for an initial cash consideration of GBP 1.65m (USD 2.01m), with a further GBP 1.8m deferred for 12 months dependent on certain criteria being met.
