Ara Partners Acquires Germany Magnetic Materials Producer Vacuumschmelze.

Texas-based private equity firm Ara Partners, specialising in industrial decarbonisation investments, has acquired Germany based advanced magnetic materials producer Vacuumschmelze (VAC), from funds managed by Apollo, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
VAC is a vertically integrated magnetic solutions provider that designs and manufactures mission-critical soft and hard magnetic materials for a range of industrial applications across the automotive, renewable energy, industrial automation, medical and aerospace sectors.
