Ares Management LP (NYSE:ARES) disclosed on Wednesday that a fund managed by its real estate group acquired a portfolio of 1,300 residential units totalling over 65,000 sq m of space that can be let, in Germany.
These properties are located in metropolitan areas in the north and along the holiday regions in the North Sea and Baltic Sea coasts of Germany. This is the company's fourth acquisition for the residential real estate portfolio there, which now totals 3,900 units of over 230,000 sq m.
