AstroNova Acquires Printing Technology Firm Astro Machine for USD 17m.

Rhode Island, US-based data visualisation technologies company AstroNova, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOT) has acquired Illinois, US-based printing technology company Astro Machine, for an aggregate purchase price of USD 17.1m in cash, from its founding family, the company said.
The transaction was funded with borrowings from an amended version of the company's existing senior bank debt facilities. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings in the current fiscal year.
