US-based industrials company Atkore Inc. (NYSE: ATKR) has acquired the assets of US-based Four Star Industries, a manufacturer of ½" 6" High Density Polyethylene conduit, primarily serving the telecommunications, utility, infrastructure and datacom markets, the company said.
