Atlantic Southern Paving and Sealcoating Acquires Three Paving Companies in the US Carolinas.

US-based commercial paving company Atlantic Southern Paving and Sealcoating has acquired Superior Blacktop Services based in Summerville, South Carolina; Pavement Exchange Group based in Charlotte, North Carolina; and C and T Paving based in Asheville, NC, the company said.

Superior and C and T Paving primarily serve the Carolina markets, while Pavement Exchange Group adds to Atlantic Southern's national service footprint.

This will take Atlantic Southern's acquisitions to five companies in just over a year as they continue to expand into new geographic markets.

In addition to these three recent transactions, Atlantic Southern Paving acquired Emerald Paving based out of California in January 2021 and Murphree Paving based out of Mississippi in September 2021.
