Atlantic Southern Paving and Sealcoating Acquires Massey Asphalt Paving.

Florida, US-based commercial paving company Atlantic Southern Paving and Sealcoating has acquired Alabama, US-based Massey Asphalt Paving, the company said.

For more than 50 years MAP has provided the Central Alabama area with commercial asphalt services, including paving, patching, striping, and milling.

MAP is Atlantic Southern's fifth acquisition of 2022, solidifying its position as one of the largest pavement maintenance providers in the Southeastern United States.

In addition to this transaction, Atlantic Southern has previously acquired Superior Blacktop Services, C and T Paving and Pavement Exchange Group in April, and Black Diamond Paving and Concrete in June.
