Aurea Closes Acquisition of Document Management Software Specialist BroadVision.

US-based software provider Aurea Software, Inc has completed the acquisition of document creation, management and collaboration tools provider BroadVision, the company said.
This deal was announced on March 30. At the time BroadVision expected shareholders to receive at least USD 4.375 per share of BVSN common stock.
The addition of BroadVision to Aurea's enterprise software library continues the company's focus on strengthening its portfolio of offerings which all customers are entitled to access under their Aurea Unlimited single subscription plan.
BroadVision's solutions simplify the creation and management of complex documents requiring version control, input from multiple sources, multi-format publishing and execution in multiple languages.
