US-based auto dealer management system and website builder tools provider AutoManager Holdings Group, LLC, which is backed by US-based private equity firm The Beekman Group, has completed a merger between subsidiary AutoManager Acquisition, Inc. and A1 Software, Inc. (dba Selly Automotive), the company said.

Selly is a provider of customer relationship management software and also targets the independent auto industry.

As part of the transaction, AutoManager provided Selly with a growth investment to support staff expansion and product development.
