HEREAS by " The
Railway Act, 1853," 16 & 17 Viet.
W
a Company was incorporated by the Name of " The
Banbridge,
C.
ceviii'
Newry, Dublin, and Belfast Junction
Railway Company,"
and were authorized to make a Railway from the
Dublin and Belfast
Junction
Railway to the Town of
Banbridge :
And whereas by " The 19 & 20 Viet.
Banbridge Junction
Railway Act, 1856," (herein-after called "the Act of
c. xxxiv.
1856,") the Name of the Company was altered to " The
Banbridge Junction
Railway Company," (herein-after called " the Company,") and the Act
of 1853 was repealed, and further Powers were granted to the Company
for the Completion of their Undertaking, and they were authorized to
enter into certain working Arrangements with the
Dublin and Belfast
Junction
Railway Company (herein-after called " The
Belfast Junction
Company ") : And whereas the Company have completed the Railway
and made working Arrangements with the
Belfast Junction
Company, as
authorized by the Act of 1856: And whereas it is expedient that the
Company should be authorized to grant and the
Belfast Junction
Company
