BearingPoint Acquires Cloud Platform Disphere Tech.

Dutch management and technology consultancy BearingPoint has closed the 100% acquisition of disphere tech, owner of the cloud platform diContract for the financial services industry, the firm said.
Disphere tech will operate as a fully integrated part of BearingPoint and be led by insurance and financial services professionals.
Disphere tech is composed of a team of interdisciplinary experts, consultants and developers that provide clients in the financial services industry with comprehensive support for the digital transformation of sales.
They design and implement digital sales channels and develop applications for digital process support.
The service portfolio of diContract includes digital onboarding functions, approval of brokerage contracts, video and audio consultations, portfolio transfers, GDPR-compliance features as well as client data and external contract management.
