BOW Group Acquires Musart to Expand Offerings into Art Marketplace.

UK-based lifestyle products manufacturer BOW Group has acquired Miami-based online destination for purchase of original artworks Musart.com, to broaden digital and retail footprint in the art market, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With Musart in BOW's portfolio, the company is expanding its offering and enhancing the growth potential of business beyond IoT and lifestyle objects.
By joining BOW Group, Musart will benefit from the group's 360Â[degree sign] platform, including a mature D2C digital ecosystem, multiple warehouse locations to serve consumers around the globe and its R and D centre BOW Industries...
