Baker is a RathTrombone artist who has won European, national and British open titles on multiple occasions.

Looking ahead to the event, musical director Mark Good said :"Taking to the stage in RenfrewTown Hall is always a pleasure for Renfrew Burgh Band.

"And we're honoured to be joined by one of the finest trombonists in the world in the form of Brett Baker.

"Brett is probably the most recorded trombone player in brass banding history. His dazzling technique, combined with his innate musicality, will ensure the audience is in for a real treat."
