BRP Acquires Great Wall Motor's Austrian EV R and D Business.

Canada-based powersports products, propulsion systems and boat maker BRP Inc. (TSX: DOO) (NASDAQ: DOOO) has completed the acquisition of European EV R and D centre Great Wall Motor Austria GmbH, a subsidiary of China-based Great Wall Motor, the company said.
This EV R and D centre based in Kottingbrunn, Austria, specializes in e-drive systems and transmissions.
Together, they will work on building the BRP EV technology for existing product lines and upcoming product introductions.
BRP offers powersports products, propulsion systems and boats.
