Carbon Health Acquires MedPost Urgent Care in California.

US-based healthcare provider Carbon Health has acquired MedPost Urgent Care's California clinics, spanning Orange County, Palm Desert, and Paso Robles, the company said.

Carbon Health is focused on expanding its physical footprint through partnering with and acquiring local and regional practices.

The acquisition of these MedPost clinics also accelerates Carbon Health's goal of becoming the nation's largest healthcare provider.

Carbon Health now operates more than 120 primary and urgent care clinics nationwide and is one of the largest healthcare providers in Southern California with 45 clinics.

Carbon Health offers in-person clinics, virtual visits, and/or chat through the Carbon Health app; data-driven omnichannel care that leverages connected devices and the app to power continuous care; and a proprietary EMR platform that unlocks seamless, patient-first care.
