CCL Industries Acquires Colle a Moi as Bolt-on Acquisition for Avery.

29 May 2019 - Canada-based label and packaging solutions provider CCL Industries Inc. (TSX: CCL.A) (TSX: CCL.B) has acquired the shares of Canada-based personalised kid's label manufacturer Colle a Moi Inc. in a bolt-on acquisition for label supplier Avery, the company said.
Forecast sales for the year ending July 31, 2019 are expected to be USD 1.3m with an estimated 65% EBITDA margin.
The debt free, all cash purchase consideration, subject to customary closing conditions, is approximately USD 3m.
CCL Industries Inc. employs approximately 21,000 people operating 170 production facilities in 40 countries with corporate offices in Toronto, Canada, and Framingham, Massachusetts.
CCL is a converter of pressure sensitive and speciality extruded film materials for a range of decorative, instructional, functional and security applications for government institutions and large global customers in the consumer packaging, healthcare and chemicals, consumer electronic device and automotive markets.
