Ceragon Networks to Acquire Siklu for an Enterprise Value of USD 13-15m.

Israel-based 5G wireless transport solutions provider Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT) has agreed to acquire Israeli wireless fiber connectivity provider Siklu for an enterprise value of USD 13-15m, the company said.

As consideration to Siklu's shareholders, Ceragon will issue approximately 1.5m ordinary shares.

Ceragon is expected to assume financial liabilities of approximately USD 10-12 m, of which approximately USD 2.5 m are classified as long-term debt. Ceragon is expected to generate approximately USD 25-USD 29 m in incremental 2024 revenue from this acquisition.
