18 June 2015 - US-based mergers and acquisitions adviser Chapman Associates client Promedia Technology Services, Inc. and AAV Holding Corp., have merged to create a consulting, services and integration serving the education, local government and commercial markets, the firm said.
Promedia is in the education market and is best known for its commitment to 21st century learning, protecting campuses and building underlying infrastructures and cloud services necessary to run them at their optimal potential.
They have developed relationships with strategic partners such as VMware, Symantec, NetApp, Apple, Microsoft and are a Cisco Silver partner.
