Chesnara Closes Acquisitions of Sanlam Life and Pensions UK, Robein Leven.

UK-based life and pensions consolidator Chesnara plc (LSE: CSN) has closed the acquisitions of both Sanlam Life and Pensions UK Ltd. and Robein Leven N.V., the company said.
SLP is a specialist provider of insurance and long-term savings products in the UK, with approximately GBP 2.9bn of assets under administration and 80,000 policies.
The acquisition of SLP was initially announced in September 2021 for a total consideration of GBP 39m (USD 48.94m).
Robein Leven is a specialist provider of traditional and linked savings products, mortgages and annuities in the Netherlands.
