Bosses at Wetherby Young Offenders' Institute are now investigating after claims the convict chipped away concrete between the two 'cells,' using a sharpened spoon. He broke in and then attacked his neighbour, a convicted murderer, leaving him with injuries

The Sun, comparing it to a 'Shawshank Redemption-style plan,' reports how a source told them: "This is a major security breach. What is really worrying is that he simply got through a wall to launch the attack."

The murderer is said to have suffered severe injuries in the attack at the YOI, which is for criminals aged 15 to 18 years old. Governors are said to be interviewing staff...
