Cohu Acquires Equiptest Engineering to Enhance Interface Solutions Group.

California-based Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ: COHU), an equipment and services supplier, optimising semiconductor manufacturing has acquired Singapore-based semiconductor test contactors Equiptest Engineering Pte. Ltd, with trailing twelve months revenue of approximately USD20 m, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
EQT becomes part of Cohu's Interface Solutions Group, combining products and technologies to accelerate customer penetration.
